The styledefinition has the tag name, h3, followed by paired curly bracketscontaining the property name and the property value. The comment tags are added so that olderbrowsers simply ignore the styles and don't cause an error. Nested withinthe style tags are paired comment tags (the ). If you look in the code, you'll see paired style tags surrounding theredefined tag style definition in the code.
